Position: Human Resources Manager/Hospitality & Resort

Work locations:
  • MerPerle Crystal Palace (01 position) – at District 7, HCM City
  • Hon Tam Resort (01 position) – at Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province
Main Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage & Executive all activities in the field of HR at the Hotel
  • HR Policy: Set up & to build policies and procedures, regulations of Hotel
  • Recruitment: Source, screen, interview and recruit in co-ordination with requesting Departments
  • Organization Culture : Create & maintain a clear organizational structure & culture, staff handbook
  • Compensation & Benefits: set up & maintain Salary Structure, compensation & benefits policies, Monthly payroll, insurances
  • Training & Development:  Develop, plan and Supervise implementation of training activities within the Hotel
  • Manage data HR: management and update personal file
  • Organization Design & Development: Coordinate to set up job description, job evaluation, job grade, and organization structure
  • Do monthly reports to HR Director of Group
  • Others as assigned by Management
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s  Degree with an emphasis on human resources management 
  • Male, 6+ years of experience in HR field, and minimum 2 years at the same position
  • Good English communication
  • High integrity & compliance with policy & processes
  • Good problem solving, leadership and influencing skills
  • Good understanding of labor law
